Join Moody Blooms as we make succulent topped tree stumps with Brooke from The Flaky Apple Pie Co! These gorgeous planters were made by Timbercraft Designs located in Southern Alberta, Canada.
We topped two tree stumps, one using moss as it was pretty shallow and the other we used cactus soil.
The moss topped succulent stump was designed with succulent cuttings from my own plants as well as some cuttings from new succulents I picked up at Nitao Nursey in Orange, CA. For the tree stump topped with cactus soil, we used a combination of cuttings and new succulents with roots still attached. The tree stumps looks absolutely stunning topped with beautiful succulents and they were so easy to put together.
